Dear Dentists of Interquest Team, I visited your office today, although I wasn't actually scheduled to be there! I'm currently in graduate school and work as a Police/Fire Dispatcher, so my schedule can get pretty hectic. With finals coming up next week and being on the quarter system, I somehow managed to mix up my appointment date. Yes, I showed up on the wrong day! LOL. I apologized to your staff for the confusion and asked if I could use the restroom before leaving. When I returned, one of your wonderful staff members informed me that they could actually accommodate me today instead of having me return on my originally scheduled date. I was ecstatic! Within minutes, your team had verified my insurance benefits, rearranged the schedule, and brought me back for my appointment. I don't think I waited more than a minute! Jasper was my dental hygienist, and she was absolutely fantastic! She was hilarious, personable, and extremely professional. She took the time to explain additional treatment options, and we ended up completing a laser treatment along with my regular cleaning and examination. She made the entire experience enjoyable, which isn't something most people say about visiting the dentist! Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the wonderful woman who initially helped me and offered to move my appointment to today, but she deserves tremendous recognition. Her willingness to accommodate me and her exceptional customer service truly made my day. One last thing worth mentioning: I now live in Denver, Colorado, and am currently completing clinical hours at a nearby hospital. Although I no longer live in Colorado Springs, I still make it a priority to return to your office for my dental care. I willingly battle Denver traffic, unpredictable Colorado weather, and the drive south because I genuinely appreciate the quality of care I receive. That loyalty is a direct reflection of Dr. Frazier and the incredibly welcoming, professional, and compassionate team you've built. Your office consistently reminds me that exceptional customer service and genuine patient care still exist. I had a toothache on a Thursday. So many dental offices are closed on Fridays.I didn't want to wait til Monday. I was so thankful that the Dentists of Interquests were able to see me. Dr. Frazier and his staff were amazing. Everyone was kind and compassionate...and they got me out of pain so I could enjoy my weekend! I highly recommend this dental clinic!
